Shipping, Refunds and Returns Policy

Shipping:

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days of placing your order. If your order is damaged in transit please contact us with photos so we can arrange a replacement or store credit if a replacement is not possible.

-We use Pudo to ship our orders and a tracking number is provided.

-We also offer a free pick-up delivery option.

-Unfortunately we can only ship within South Africa.​

Returns & Refunds:

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if the product is damaged during shipping, send us photos and we will organise store credit or a replacement if the item is in stock. This needs to take place within 3 days from receipt of product. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
